The surroundings were full of vibrant nature which made our stay feel
like a tropical getaway. We enjoyed our time with clear pools and chirping birds all around. The staff were exceptionally courteous, enhancing our experience. There were some small issues with the internet, but overall, it was a delightful visit.

The king room was spacious and tidy, with a super comfy bed, although an extra pillow would have been appreciated. The surroundings are stunning, with vibrant peacocks roaming and a scenic walking path around a pond. Breakfast featured a delicious selection of fresh fruit and local cuisine, making mornings enjoyable. plumbing issues during both stays were inconvenient, and the casino noise was intrusive on one occasion.

Had a good time here! The Italian menu was a highlight with fresh pasta that was delicious, and we loved the cool wildlife, especially the baby croc in the pond! the pool area could use a serious cleaning – tons of stuff floating around made it uninviting. Probably won't return.

the grounds are super nice with peacocks walkin around, and the pool was clean and fun. the rooms are alright, not too fancy but comfy enough for us. breakfast had this tasty mix of cereal and traditional costa rican food which was really cool! plus, the staff were all friendly and helped us out when we needed. location was decent, walking distance to some shops.
but there was a club nearby and the music kept us up until 3am which was really annoying. the room could've used some updates too.

i really enjoyed my stay at best western! the wildlife on the property was a fun sight, with peacocks and birds everywhere. the rooms were nice-sized and quite comfortable. plus, the pool area was beautiful, perfect for relaxing. breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. it’s also close to some nice shops around the corner.
